Moasure® will perform live demonstrations of its revolutionary measuring device at this year’s ASLA (American Society of Landscape Architects) Conference on Landscape Architecture.
An annual exposition and meeting that draws over 6,000 attendees and over 350 exhibitors, the Conference will take place at San Francisco’s Moscone Center on November 11 – 14, 2022.
Seasoned landscaping designers and architects from across the United States and beyond will discover more than 100 education opportunities allowing attendees to pursue their professional development goals throughout the 4-day show.
Founded in 1899, the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) is the professional association for landscape architects in the United States, representing more than 15,000 members. Landscape architects lead the planning, design, and stewardship of healthy, equitable, safe, and resilient environments.
Industry experts attending the Conference will be able to see Moasure in action – with live demonstrations of the Moasure ONE measuring device’s ability to measure complex and irregular shapes and spaces.
Utilizing accelerometers, gyroscopes and advanced, proprietary algorithms, Moasure ONE measures its own movement – giving landscape industry professionals a pocket-size tool to measure perimeter, calculate square footage and changes in elevation, simply by moving the device from one point to another.
Moasure ONE doesn’t rely on cell phone signal or GPS. Instead, the device utilizes Bluetooth technology – measurements taken with the device are drawn in real-time through Moasure’s companion smartphone app that allows landscaping designers and architects to view a comprehensive 3D diagram of a job site.
Aiming at the needs of time-poor professionals, Moasure ONE replaces traditional, error-prone measuring tools, allowing hardscape and landscape contractors to quickly and accurately estimate jobs.
Completed measurements can then be transferred from the Moasure app into design software without any additional fees.
