Moasure is Orange County-bound, for the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show

You might think that the Moasure team just fancied a trip to sunny Florida, but you’d be wrong… GCSAA – the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America – is holding its annual Conference and Trade Show at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, where more than 6,000 people from over 60 countries will be in attendance.

The Conference is taking place from 6th-9th February, with the Trade Show aspect running on 8th and 9th – and the Moasure team will be at booth 2707 on both days, showing golf superintendents what Moasure ONE can do.

Now, you may be wondering how the world’s first motion-measuring device, known to produce great results in landscaping and construction, can help in the golf industry, but the Moasure ONE is already familiar with the fairway.

Golf industry professionals have been making the most of Moasure ONE to measure changes in terrain, areas of greens and bunkers, slope and gradient, overall rise or fall from tee to hole and the distance from the tee to the hole, along with being able to indicate the most direct route.

Moasure ONE has many different uses, and demonstrations at the GCSAA Trade Show will give the golfing community a glimpse of what they can achieve on the course.

Surprisingly, Moasure ONE doesn’t require phone signal or GPS – it actually measures with accelerometers, gyroscopes and algorithms. Bluetooth technology links the device to the companion app, Moasure PRO, and enables measurements to be drawn in real time, creating a comprehensive 3D diagram of a job site. These can then be transferred from Moasure PRO into design software, quickly and easily, free of charge.

Able to fit in the palm of your hand, this compact device offers an entirely new way to measure complex spaces, positioning itself as the tool of choice for time-poor professionals in various industries, including construction, landscaping, sports, lawn care, playground design and concrete. It’s able to accurately estimate jobs much faster, including rapidly calculating area and measuring changes in elevation, removing the need for traditional, error-prone measuring tools.

Although it’s still only February, award-winning Moasure is already booked in to exhibit at several international events across the rest of 2023, showcasing the world’s first motion-measuring tool’s features to professionals from a variety of industries.
