Speed isn't the only lever
Even matched on bid speed, two contractors don't win at the same rate. Three quick checks on what's leaving your inbox right now:
"It literally cuts my time down at a customer's house by 80%. Not only has it saved me time but it's also closed sales on its own. Customers are already skeptical of a salesman, but when you can show them an accurate measurement, they become much more trusting."
— Quentin Jones, Jacksonville FL ★★★★★"The tool also helps us sell jobs when our customers ask to see how it works, which leaves them comforted that we use the best technology to provide accurate quotes and quality work."
— Addison Barden, Atlanta GA ★★★★★We've saved your result to your email.
The tool the playbook recommends is Moasure 2 PRO — the workflow change that makes the 20-minute site-to-quote cycle structurally possible, and the visual measurement-led bid that closes deals on presentation.

The speed model. Your current annual revenue is calculated from your four inputs. The "opportunity" figure applies a speed-lift multiplier to your current win rate to estimate what you could plausibly close if your turnaround matched the sub-1-hour benchmark. Potential win rate is capped at 50%.
The speed coefficient. The 1.5× upper bound is grounded in patterns Moasure customers report after switching their bid workflow — across the post-purchase survey and the May 2026 Judge.me review export (1,400+ reviews), contractors consistently describe bid time cut in half and sales lifts of +33% to +50%. 1.5× sits inside that range and is conservative against the strongest single review.
The quality diagnostic. The three checks are presentation factors customers describe as independently closing bids — visual renderings, branded PDFs, exact measurements on the document. We don't put a number on the close-rate lift because the customer evidence is qualitative ("closed sales on its own," "no doubt it helped me close sales I wouldn't have otherwise"). The diagnostic names the mechanism; the result describes the opportunity directionally rather than as a dollar figure.
Caveats. The customer-reported outcomes the model is grounded in come from contractors who chose to write reviews — by definition not a random sample. Directional estimate — useful for diagnosing where your bid process is leaking, not a prediction of revenue you will capture.
