Thank you for taking part in the Moasure LX1 beta test. Everything you need to support you through the test is on this page. We hope you enjoy the experience — and we look forward to hearing your feedback.

Your beta journey

Five steps, start to finish

Once you’re set up, please begin testing as soon as possible. Follow the steps below and get in touch if you need any support — we’ll email you reminders every now and again to keep you on track.

  1. Access the Moasure Beta app

    You won’t be able to use your device with the live Moasure app — you must download the beta version.

    To set you up on the beta version of the Moasure app, we need the email address connected to the App Store (iOS devices) or the Play Store (Android devices). If you haven’t already, please send it to us now.

  2. Start measuring

    Once you have your device and you’ve installed the beta app, please begin testing as soon as possible. These three short videos will support you through your first few measurements.

  3. Submit your first round of feedback

    To keep the test on schedule, please complete this form by August 4th.

    Once you’ve measured at least three floor plans, please submit your first round of feedback. This form focuses on your first impressions of the device.

  4. Continue measuring

    After submitting your first feedback form, keep measuring and get more comfortable with the device. Please export at least one measurement as an MFile and send it to us using the following steps — every file helps our Engineering team improve the product.

    In the Moasure app:
    1. Select ‘File’
    2. Select ‘Open’
    3. Tap on the folder that contains your measurement(s)
    4. On the measurement you’d like to share with us, tap the three green dots
    5. Select ‘Send to Support’
    6. Please provide any information that will help us to understand your measurement better. Think about:
      • Whether it’s a good or bad measurement
      • How accurate you perceive it to be
      • If certain rooms/walls/features in particular caused problems
    7. Tap on ‘Submit request’

  5. Submit your second round of feedback

    To keep the test on schedule, please complete this form by August 11th.

    Please measure a minimum of a further three floor plans before submitting your second round of feedback. This form focuses on how suitable Moasure LX1 is for your industry, and how it fits into your workflow.
